Broker/Founder/President
Brad Kozin, specializing in office and industrial properties, has been a leading broker in the South Florida commercial real estate market for over fifteen years. Brad graduated from Western Michigan University in 1987 with a degree in Communications and a double minor in Marketing and Journalism. Beginning his career in retail leasing in Detroit, Brad moved to South Florida in 1989 to establish brokerage operations for Farbman-Stein Company. After moving on to and spending eight years at Brenner Real Estate Group, Brad utilized his established client relationships and extensive market knowledge to create Kozin Commercial Properties, Inc.
Full Service Brokerage Department
The KCP brokerage team includes three full-time sales associates and an administration staff. KCP utilizes the latest technologies to develop comprehensive sales and leasing programs for client properties. An extensive brokerage network and complete property and prospect databases provide properties maximum exposure. An in-house marketing department creates professional presentation documents including building data, site plans, space layouts and photographs. This ensures prospects timely, accurate decision making information.
Property Management
The KCP property management division includes two full time property managers, an accountant, an Information Technology manager and a full time maintenance staff. Property management programs are tailored to meet individual client needs. Available services include budgeting, lease administration, invoicing, collecting rent, paying bills, coordinating and supervising all property maintenance and hiring and administering vendors. Monthly reporting includes, but is not limited to, preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, bank account reconciliation’s, aging details and updated property and tenant information. Construction management, space planning and commercial and residential association management are available as well.
Executive Administration
Leasing Agent, R. Mark Stephenson holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation. Mark has over 16 years of development experience in the South Florida market.
Chief Information Officer, David G. Kaplan, has over 20 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing technical solutions for a wide variety of projects.
